WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SHIPPING?
Orders will be processed in business days and will be transferred to the corresponding shipping company.
Shipments are made from Spain with an estimated period of 24-48 hours once they have been delivered to the shipping company.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FOR MY ORDER?
International orders may incur additional customs charges. This rate is not under our control, and is the decision of your customs agency. Customs policies vary greatly between countries, so we recommend that you speak with your local authorities to clarify this point.
My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it yet. What I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:
- Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
If the address is correct and the package is not in the post office, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
If there is a problem with your shipping address, we may send your product back to you, but you will have to bear the costs.
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, contact us at email@example.com.
I have received a wrong or damaged product. What I do?
We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To solve it as soon as possible, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in a week from the moment of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details.
If you are dissatisfied with the purchase made, you can request a return based on the following criteria:
- If the products have been damaged in the course of shipping and they are visible, graphically documenting the opening process of the products from the moment it reaches the customer until the package is opened.
- Returns will be at the buyer’s expense.
- Once the product is received at our facilities, the return will be made within a period of 14 days.
